Prepare Your Galamons!

Galamon is a brand new battle-based Facebook game from Morphee Interactive. The objective of the game is rather simple; you are the leader of a team of Galamon’s (which are futuristic space creatures) and you clash against other Galamon teams across the universe. The game itself is tour-de-force of interactive graphics with some of the most incredible looking gameplay I have seen on Facebook games in recent times. The game comes in solo or multiplayer mode so you can easily challenge your friends.

The actual game includes a wide array of functionality and actions a player can perform. For example, you can build custom training rooms for your Galamons on your spaceship to make them more effective in beating your opponents. Each Galamon has a rating which shows how powerful they are – there are over 60 different types of Galamons. Each Galamon also has a special ability based on elements (ie. earth, wind, fire, water and poison) which can be used to help during battles. For example, a Galamon’s special ability might be able to increase the attack speed of other Galamons on your team.

When you engage in a fight with other Galamon teams, the battle sequences are automated, so all you can really do is hope that you have prepared your team adequately enough to beat the other player. If you win the battle you earn money which you can then use to buy things such as equipment and new items which you can use to make your Galamons more powerful and experience points which you’ll need get to higher levels. By winning battles you can also get new Galamons (which you receive as eggs). You’ll need to place these eggs in your incubator and check on them every few days until they hatch. There are also golden eggs which hatch into Gold Galamons that are stronger and have unique abilities.

The social aspect of the game is fantastic as it lets you challenge your friends Galamon teams. You also unlock various achievements by beating other teams and the game features a leaderboard which keeps track of your scores versus other players. I especially liked the gifting feature and it would be really cool if it was possible to trade Galamon’s with other players (hopefully the developers will add this in future versions).

Overall this is one of the best games we have reviewed on FBReview recently; in fact we liked it so much we placed it on our featured review section. So if you haven’t started playing already, get started now and conquer the Galamon universe!
